InfoWorld Names Estel Tech Anywhere a Top Mobile App Development Leader

Organizations continue to struggle to find faster ways to build and deploy the hundreds of mobile apps they'll need to mobilize their business processes. Complex requirements, including support for multiple mobile platforms, can slow the app development process. At the March IDC Directions: Boston conference, Research Vice President of Mobile & Connected Platforms John Jackson, shared recent IDC survey data indicating that approximately 40% of respondents said their companies had mobilized fewer than 3 apps, citing security, data integration and productivity issues as the top 3 factors holding their enterprises back. With app developers in short supply, businesses need to consider other solutions to help them build the mobile applications they need.

This week, Martin Heller of InfoWorld reviews 7 mobile app builders that stand to break this mobile app logjam within enterprises. The article draws from research Heller has done over the past six months to examine and test a variety of mobile app builders and mobile back ends.
